Let's get some sales! Book to our team calendar & our approved closers will split the sale with you while you shadow & learn!

Average install timelines across all markets we install in is around 45 days.
(Sometimes install will be slower if roof work or electrical work is necessary, or the system is in a Tier 2 or 3 location, but average is 45 days).

This means for you make $2000-$5000 (avg) that is 1 shadowed sale.

Our team goal is 2 sales per week per person!

We recommend DOUBLE BOOKING appointments for the same time, shadowing one & letting another closer work the 2nd one so that you DOUBLE your income potential, and then you can start closing your own sales (while still double booking for maximum income potential!)

Remember- you DO NOT have to shadow any appointments to receive commission when the sales close, shadowing appointments is only for those who wish to work up to Closer status. In order to shadow appointments, join the livestream in our SBU portal to watch the closer close your appointment live!
(If you continually set poor appointments or do not show up to planned shadowed appointments consistently, we will have a discussion & correct the issue or your ability to book to the closers will be revoked to not waste time)

After you have shadowed 2 sales that we help you close, we will invite you to closer training!
(If you are a Solar Pro with at least 1 year of solar sales experience, you will shadow 1 sale minimum to make sure you understand the Sales Portals & Processes)

Once You Have Completed This Guide, Start Working On Your First Few Calls, Then Head Over To The University & the Automated CRM Set Up Guide So That Up So We Can Deliver Your Leads & You Can Speed Up Your Sets & Closes Using Automation!

That is what your solar specialists are for. When setting up a solar evaluation with a homeowner to meet with one of our specialists, LESS is MORE when speaking with the homeowner. If you overcomplicate setting up an appointment, it will take you longer to get your first appointments & commission paychecks. As you shadow your specialists during evaluation calls, you will learn a lot more of the technical side. For now- focus on the basics and K.I.S.S. your way to your first commissions!
